Oregon man indicted on federal charges after selling explosives

An Oregon man has been indicted for unlawfully possessing and selling explosives. On Thursday, a federal grand jury charged Medford resident Wesley Armstrong with distributing explosives by a non-licensee, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and possessing with intent to distribute and distributing fentanyl.

Portland Art Museum unveils renderings for upgrades coming in 2025

When the Portland Art Museum’s $110 million makeover is completed, visitors will be welcomed by an entirely new experience. On Wednesday, PAM announced an upgraded version of the museum would open to the public in late 2025. Construction began in early 2023, when crews moved the site’s main loading dock away from its spot facing the South Park Blocks, and onto Southwest Jefferson Street.

Vancouver police seek help investigating 61-year-old woman's 'suspicious' disappearance

Vancouver police are seeking additional information on the “suspicious” disappearance of a 61-year-old woman. The Vancouver Police Department said Cristina Ase’s husband reported her missing on Tuesday, and her coworkers also called authorities when she failed to show up for her shift. She was last heard from around 5:30 a.m. that morning.
