Ex-Nashville officer Andrew Delke takes plea deal in deadly shooting of Daniel Hambrick UP NEXT
The scheduled July 12 murder trial for Delke, charged in the first-degree murder of Hambrick, will not happen. FOX 17 News can confirm that Delke’s legal team has reached a plea agreement with the District Attorney’s office.
A source close to the case says Delke has agreed to serve three years for the July 2018 shooting of Hambrick. He is the first Metro officer to be charged with murder following an officer involved shooting.
