A team of psychologists and psychiatrists in New Hampshire perform evaluations of criminal suspects whose competency is questioned, but they're facing a high volume of cases with not enough staff.
Charges have been dropped against a Plymouth man who was accused of hitting four Plymouth State University students with his car because the state didn't get a competency evaluation done in time.
