Thats when Animal Services took jasper into quarentine where hes been ever since. Animal services would not show us where he is today but costs his family 10 a day. The woman told investigators she blacked out at the bar, and the next thing she knew, two men were having sex with her in a motel. Amanda School Officials say joel was hired in 2014, and since then had only substitute taught a total of about 10 times. Joel was arrested for dui in maitland in 2012 and had her license suspended for a year.
