The company said Wednesday that it has taken repeated steps to keep its customers and employees safe but that they continue to be regularly victimized. Denny Warnick, In-N-Out’s chief operating officer, says that the company feels that the frequency and severity of crimes encountered by customers and employees "leave us no alternative” to closing the location.
