New details emerge in the Police Shooting of a black teenager now ten days ago. Racially charged protests in the streets again turned violent with shots fired leading to chaos and confusion. Some demonstrators clashed with police who fired tear gas and smoke canisters. And now the National Guard is on the scene trying to help restore order.
