Higher education minister Blade Nzimande has slammed alleged “illegal” cyber surveillance at the University of Fort Hare and has asked the university council to investigate the claims.Nzimande met the council, led by acting chair Dr Siphokazi Koyana, on Friday to thrash out various issues affecting the university.
Minister of higher education, science and innovation Dr Blade Nzimande has denounced the “barbaric and shameful” murder of Mangosuthu University of Technology electrical engineering lecturer Shan Dwarika.
“He did not deserve this,” this was the tearful cry of Camy Dwarika, widow of slain Mangosuthu University of Technology electrical engineering lecturer Shan Dwarika during a visit by higher education, science and innovation minister Blade Nzimande at their Verulam home on Monday.
