WRJ Pride There ain’t no river wide enough to keep the LGBTQ community of White River Junction from celebrating the village’s fourth annual pride festival. The weeklong jamboree, which drew more than 1,000 attendees last year, has something for everyone: an upcycled accessory craft session; a queer prom at the Main Street Museum; an easy-to-moderate hike up Hurricane Hill; a movie night; a clothing swap; an author event hosted by Norwich Bookstore, featuring poets James Crews, Laura Foley and Emma Wynn; an unmissable drag trivia night hosted by Emoji Nightmare; and a parade culminating in a party at Veterans Park.
