Celebration of Success: The Chamber of Commerce’s Celebration of Success has been rescheduled for noon on Dec. 21. It is being held virtually this year. This year’s recipients are: Business Leader Award, Stephen P. Reilly, Northwest Community Bank; Community Leader Award: Maria Gonzalez; Quality of Life Award: KidsPlay Children’s Museum, Torrington.
