Who will they affect?
Ukraine has imposed additional restrictions on activities near the border with Belarus. According to the Northern Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, they will be in effect in the border areas of Rivne region until December 31 this year.
The restrictions apply to nighttime work in the vicinity of the border, and one will have to notify border guards in advance if it is any other time. It is also prohibited to move from 22 pm to 6 am on the roads that lead to the border, except for the roads to the border crossing points.

Lasnamäe and Haabersti districts in Tallinn and Kose Parish have the highest rates of coronavirus in Harju County, data shows. Lääne-Harju and Raasiku municipalities and Maardu are not far behind.
Last week, 2,440 coronary cases were diagnosed in Harju County and 1,889 (79 percent) were recorded in Tallinn. As 4,289 new cases of coronavirus in total were diagnosed across the country last week, this means 57 percent were reported in Harju County.
629 people were diagnosed in the capital s biggest district Lasnamäe, which now has a 14-day infection rate of 1,052 per 100,000 inhabitants. Lasnamäe has approximately a third of all infected people in Tallinn.

478 cases of coronavirus were diagnosed in the last 24 hours, the Health Board (Terviseamet) said on Tuesday. There were eight deaths.
Eight people living with the coronavirus died during the day, four men - aged 69, 74, 81 and 86 - and four women - aged 68, 68, 93 and 94. The number of deaths related to coronavirus in Estonia is now 221.
Of the new cases, 309 were reported in Harju County and 240 of those cases were in Tallinn. Seventy-nine cases were recorded in Ida-Viru County, 24 in Tartu County, eight each in Võru and Lääne counties, six in Pärnu County, five each in Jõgeva and Lääne-Viru counties, four in Viljandi County, three each in Järva, Rapla and Valga, two in Hiiu County and one each in Põlva and Saare counties. Seventeen cases had no information in the population register.
