Along with a new Executive Director this year, Northern Oklahoma Humane Society also welcomes a new board president. Justin Mathews, a 2003 Ponca City High School graduate, moved back home from Dallas in 2019. When his own furry family member began to have medical issues, including seizures, Justin established his own business, Paws on the Pavement, to have a more flexible work schedule to spend more time with and take care of his dog. It was shortly after that time that Justin began volunteering with NOKHS.
