Amann, a 25-year-old from Westminster, agreed to a deal with Sacramento Republic FC of the USL Championship, a Division II league in the U.S. hierarchy.
"Obviously, very proud to win this award again," Rogers said in a statement from the Hailstorm. "It was a goal of mine coming into the season, so it helps show the hard work put in paid off."
The league on Monday announced Hailstorm forward Trevor Amann as the Golden Boot winner given to the top goal scorer in USL League One this season. Defender Arthur Rogers was recognized as the Golden Playmaker winner for leading the league in assists.
Zayed, whose team hosts its regular season finale on Saturday evening in Windsor, was also named coach of the month in May. He is the fourth coach to win coach of the month honors twice in the same season.
