DANVERS — A man is in custody after he shot a woman and barricaded himself inside a trailer park along Route 1 in Danvers Monday afternoon, according to state police.
The man who allegedly shot a woman and then barricaded himself in his home on Monday was prosecuted last year for domestic violence, but the charges were dropped when the victim declined to press charges, records show.
