Charged with murder in the death of walter scott. We have to warn you, the cell phone video that captured the shooting is graphic. It shows the officer shooting at scott at least eight times as he runs away. A bystander recorded the video which ultimately led to the arrest of officer slager. A small memorial has been set up where the shooting took place.
