MARSHALL Â A Canby man, 54, was arrested on a warrant, and for intent to escape tax, driving after revocation and having an unregistered vehicle at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON A woman was bitten by a dog in an animal complaint reported at 5:38 p.m. Thursday in Balaton, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The dog was put on a 10-day quarantine, the sheriff’s department said.
