The Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley is leasing their North Knoxville building to Knoxville Preparatory School in a three-year lease purchase agreement. Boys and Girls Club Tennessee Valley President and CEO Bart McFadden said Knox Prep will ultimately purchase the building at the end of the three-year lease.
