BISMARCK (AP) ACT test scores for North Dakotas class of 2006 were up slightly from the previous year, and more students showed college-ready skills in English, math, reading and science, mirroring national trends.
The average ACT composite score in the state was 21.4, the highest in the past five years and ahead of the U.S. average of 21.1. The highest possible score is 36.
Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister tweeted on that day, “Today is a day of hope and optimism. On Nov. 14, 2020, North Dakota’s seven-day average peaked at 1,389.1.
