Loving and getting ready to start college. Chp was waiting for the water to go down a bit to retrieve that vehicle. In the meantime this stretch of highway 37 could be closed until saturday. Coming up at 6 00. Kpixs suzy steimel went to find out if there were plans to repair this highway. This is between nevada and spring streets, crews spent most of the day patching up the area, removing near by brush. Officials have not said when the lanes will reopen. This latest storm is also dumping hail on parts of the bay area. Check this out. Large enough but you can see it bouncing in a storm cloud opened up and sent hail raining down on novato. The pea sized hail was not large enough to do any damage but you can see it bouncing. A mixture of rain and hail came pouring down this afternoon. Enough to cover the hood of this car.
