People who know the man arrested in a gruesome San Francisco murder are in shock tonight, accused in the case of a dismembered body found in a suitcase. Tonight were hearing from people who lived in the building where murder suspect mark andress was staying. Were learning new details about the case. I heard that the suspect will be represented by jeff adoche and his team over at the public defenders office. You will be there in court to defend him . Yeah. Thats what we do. Reporter San Francisco public defender jeff adoche came to the jail to visit mark andress. Andress, seen in these surveillance camera stills, is believed to have dismembered a body stuffed the headless torso into a suitcase and dumped it at 11th and market. Pled a plea of not guilty. At this point the case i
