Of green and those patches of yellow are now pushing to the east of philadelphia. Theyre in central south jersey, central delaware, around dover and then those big yellow cells over in Burlington County and ocean counties all pushing up to the northeast. And then to the west of philadelphia were beginning to really see the rain either slacken off to just drizzle or very light showers highlighted in lighter shades of green. Things are in the process of improving but the roads are still wet for now. As you take a look theres a lot of cloud cover behind this rain and a few more sprinkles and showers coming in this afternoon. There is still that flood watch that kicks in today at noon, doesnt end until 5 oclock tomorrow afternoon and this is because the combination of about an inch or so of rain combined with melting snow could give us a some poor drainage area flooding we think most of what were going the see is minor but still want to be careful driving or walking around. Satellite and radar shows you that the wider view has a little bit of a chafer of snow in the upper elevations of West Virginia and southern western pennsylvania. Its going to be a little while before we get there colder air in but eventually we are expecting a changeover to wet snow the. A winter storm warning is still in effect until 10 oclock tonight in all those counties you see highlighted in pink. That includes northern bucks, northern montgomery and northern western Chester County and points north. In these areas we expect the biggest impact to roads with the very least slushy Road Conditions and perhaps snow covered conditions later today and tonight.
