Cameras were put up downtown to deter crime and keep an eye on the crowds, but one business owner tells News 3 a camera captured a shooting that happened right in front of his business.
Police say the man arrived at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital by car. His injuries are said to be life-threatening. The woman arrived at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
