Officer Martinson was dispatched to the beach access at 3475 Gulf of Mexico Drive on a call of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer Martinson made contact with a man while he was sitting in a beach chair in the grassy area near the entrance to the beach access parking lot. The man stated he was homeless and was sitting in the chair at the entrance to the beach parking lot to protest because this is where all the money is. The man told Officer Martinson his first name but refused to give any more information. The man stated Officer Martinson should be able to get all of his information from the Bradenton Beach Police Department because he had been trespassed by them in the past. The man was not in violation of any ordinance or committing any crime. He was
