Voters in Selangor’s Kuala Kubu Bharu could abstain or vote for the opposition to show dissatisfaction with how the unity government has handled issues of race and livelihood, analysts say.
PETALING JAYA: The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) has cautioned the Selangor government over its upcoming Hari Raya Open house in Kuala Kubu Baharu, saying it could be an election offence.
KUALA LUMPUR: Potential candidates of the Kuala Kubu Baharu by-election are advised to fill in the nomination form and do an initial check with the office of the returning officer or the Selangor election office prior to Nomination Day this Saturday (April 27).
MELAKA: Dr Muhamad Akmal says he respects the decision by MCA and MIC to sit out of the Kuala Kubu Baharu by-election campaign if Barisan Nasional does not field a candidate.
