Long time, sawa local is their opportunity. They were going to be the ones that were going to be the yellow pages of the internet. They have not gotten it quite right. When they launch their business, it was supposed to be the yellow pages of the internet and they look at local. They would index the web that are in is more local businesses came on the web, that would be with they did. On some level, they are admitting they cannot get there and yelp got there much faster.
