Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines (JGFP) chairman Tommy Manotoc commended the performances of young golfers and the efforts of officials that made the return of the Inter-School tournament a success following its final round recently at the Mimosa Plus Golf Course in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
