Delay in cinema operator being signed off for CBD complex

Retail Sub-project Steering Committee chair James Hepburn told the Governance and Transparency Committee this month that negotiations had hit a bump. Ipswich City Council estimated between 12,000 and 13,000 people attended the official opening of Tulmur Place on November 28.
