A New Cumberland man was sentenced to 18 months in prison for pandemic unemployment fraud, the Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said.
24-year-old Andrew Marszalek, of New Cumberland, conspired with five others to file false claims for unemployment assistance during the pandemic, prosecutors say.
