The search for Dipset affiliate 40 Calâs missing daughter seems to have come to an unfortunate tragic end.
PIX 11 reports that the rapperâs 19-year-old daughter, Saniyya Dennis, who is enrolled at Buffalo State College, is believed to be dead due to suicide. Authorities believe Dennis took her own life following a breakup.
The sad news was confirmed by Erie County District Attorney John Flynn on Thursday (May 6) when he said, âIt appears this poor girl took her own life.â Before her apparent suicide, Dennis was last seen leaving her dorm on the evening of April 24 and revealed that she was arguing with her boyfriend, which subsequently led to him calling off their relationship. In a series of text messages that she sent following the argument, Dennis threatened to take her own life.
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn announced on Thursday that the 19-year-old college student who disappeared from Buffalo State College last month committed suicide after getting into a fight with her boyfriend that ended in a breakup.
Saniyya Dennis was last seen on April 24 leaving her dorm room.
According to Flynn, after the fight, Dennis told her boyfriend and another male friend that she was planning to commit suicide.
The parents of the teen, Latisha Dennis and Calvin Byrd, former Dipset rapper 40 Cal, learned of the news on Wednesday after spending days searching for their missing daughter and offering a $10,000 award for information leading to her discovery.

Dennis was last seen leaving her dorm on the evening of April 24. Flynn said she’d been in an argument with her boyfriend, which culminated with him calling off their relationship. Dennis continued texting him throughout the night, even telling him she was going to kill herself.
