Biloxi’s annual Crawfish Music Festival will return in April, organizers have announced, with Alabama’s Riley Green among the top acts in its country music lineup.
Like many other spring 2020 events, the 28th annual fest was postponed amid growing concerns over the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers initially hoped to reschedule it but were unable to do so.
The 28th edition of the fest is now set for April 14-18 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. The spring date bucks the general trend of major entertainment events shifting to summer and fall. Among those that have done so are New Orleans’ French Quarter Festival and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
