Application for Admission Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares, the Bosch and Director Subscription Shares, and the Retail Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place, and dealings on AIM are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 22 March 2021 (or such later time and/or date as may be agreed between the Company and Berenberg and Investec, being no later than 8.00 a.m. on 31 March 2021). No temporary document of title will be issued. Separate Application to the London Stock Exchange will be made for the Weichai Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
