More than 11,000 people lost a combined £237m when the firm collapsed in January 2019, but campaigners say that this disaster could have been averted if the City watchdog responsible for keeping them safe had acted sooner.
The independent review by Dame Elizabeth Gloster chastised the regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, and its senior executives for their role in the scandal.
