Tonight a 16yearold is in Police Custody along with eight other people. Good evening, im diana rocco. Natasha has the night off. This story is still developing at this hour. Police say it all started when the teenager started firing his gun outside the 900 block of north 11th 11th street in philadelphias popular section. Lets get right to Eyewitness News reporter david spunt. Hes live at the scene tonight with much more. David . Reporter diana police are still on the scene right now trying to locate the gun theyve been here for several hours since this started. It all started according to police not far from where im standing when a 16yearold started shooting five or six times into the air he ran into the house. We have video to show you. Other people they took those people for questioning. But they eventually chargeed him. Firing five or six shots someone could have been killed. This is a residential neighborhood. Fortunately, there were no shooting victims. There were no injuries to police. There were no injuries to any civilians and no one was injured injured.
