Subscriber only A former Queensland police officer has sued the state for negligence claiming $2.3m in damages for mental trauma and sexual dysfunction after she was allegedly bullied for reporting her colleague for sexual harassment at the staff Christmas party. Kylie Gai Youngblutt, 44, unemployed, claims she will need lifelong psychiatric care and cannot ever get a job after the Queensland Police Service (QPS) failed to provide her with a safe workplace, and failed to swiftly remove her from Coolangatta Police Station after she reported the harassment.
