This morning, democrats fell just short of winning georgias sixth congressional district. Jon ossoff had hoped for a knockout but came up short against a splintered gop field. The 30 year old first time candidate won less than 50 percent of the vote in the district. The race is now headed to a runoff against Republican Karen Handel that will be held in june.
