Labour says it allocated speaking slots in yesterday s debate to the most relevant ministers.
But National gave one of its speaking slots to Wall arguing she was a founding member of the cross-party mental health group responsible for the report being debated.
Louisa Wall says she s grateful to National and she feels a little bit let down by her own party.
