During the meeting, Dr Idrees informed that there was an immediate need to have a system in place where an authorised employee could locate the required documents in the shortest possible time. In this regard, the functions and mechanism of E- Office application developed by National IT board was demonstrated in a meeting. CEO National IT Board Shabahat Ali Shah , Director Mr Jameel and Mr Faqir Ullah ensured full cooperation in establishing an E-Office mechanism at Peshawar University.

Peshawar February 16, 2021 PESHAWAR: Peshawar University has decided to set up e-office for entering into the era of paperless office work and making it easy for employees to get access of officials’ documents. According to a statement issued here on Monday, Vice Chancellor Peshawar University, Prof Muhammad Idress held a meeting with high ranking officials of National Information Technology Board in Islamabad. During the meeting, the issue of establishment of e-office in Peshawar University was discussed. Peshawar University will have an easy access on officials’ documents and will expedite completion of administration affairs. PESHAWAR: The National Information Technology Board is establishing e-system at the University of Peshawar to facilitate the employees in tracking files and documents within shortest possible time. Vice-Chancellor Dr Mohammad Idrees and Registrar Dr Yorid Ahsan Zia held a meeting with officials of the IT Board in this regard, according to a press release issued here on Sunday. Mr Idrees told the meeting that there was an immediate need to have a system in place where an authorised employee could locate the required documents in the shortest possible time. The Inter-board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).  Islamabad: The Inter-board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) has decided to make all educational boards record online and computerised in order to create ease for documents attestation. According to the IBCC, the step has been taken in order to strengthen the automation system in to ease and facilitate the attestation and equivalence process for general public. The IBCC management under the leading role of its Secretary/CEO Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah has taken certain concrete steps in line with policy directions of the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mehmood. These steps will also be a source to help improve the overall examination assessment system across the country. The IBCC secretary/CEO and National Information Technology Board (NITB) executive director have formally agreed to set up an automation system initially in the secretariat of IBCC at Islamabad, which will be referred over to all the stakeholde
