Another big batch of rain to the south and west. This is running up the jersey turnpike. Rain on the Southern State and the l. I. E. Out to the eastern end of long island and rain along 95 in connecticut. Through the day today, more rain to the west that will be sliding eastward. Have your rain gear all day. The rain will build to a drain strain situation with flooding rains of two to three inches possible as we go into this evening and tonight. Weather then heather every seven minutes. Overturned tractor trailer and flooding in brooklyn. A lot of messes. We will look at the webcam we were showing you earlier. They are in the process of moving it around.
