Year. This is near 15th and harris and harrison in downtown oakland. Craig Fletcher Cook was shot by multiple gunmen inside the party. He tried to step in when a group of men started harassing his girlfriend. The gunman fled the party and started shooting as a ran through the overflowing crowd outside. Terence mccreary was hit by the stray gunfire and was also killed. A third man was also struck but survived. A homicide investigator with Oakland Police made a passionate plea for more help from the community. He says they have Surveillance Video and they have spoken to witnesses.
