The "Early Bites with Beef" campaign provides nutritional information to medical offices, who recommend beef to parents of young children transitioning to solid foods. The campaign, funded by National Beef Checkoff dollars, has reached 300 medical offices nationwide.
"The critical piece was the How to - how do we help our consumers know how to serve beef safely to their baby?" said Jackie Madill, executive director of the Washington Beef Commission.
