Hundreds of Pacific Islander workers have been evacuated from an idyllic beach village after an alleged rape by a Samoan berry picker of a local teenage girl.
The accused manĀ is one of hundreds of Pacific Islander berry farmers living in seasonal worker accommodation at Arrawarra Beach, north of Coffs Harbour, on the NSW mid-north coast.
