SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir is taking a comprehensive approach to evaluate claims regarding Nasha Mukt (drug-free) villages before certifying them, The Daily Excelsior reported. A committee has been formed to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for this purpose.
