SALUDA, S.C. (WIS) - Deputies have arrested a man on narcotics charges after a traffic stop in Saluda County.
According to a release from the Saluda County Sheriff’s Office, deputies say they witnessed a clear plastic bag being thrown from the passenger window after the blue lights were activated on Newberry Highway.
The deputy approached the vehicle and collected the bag which they say contained methamphetamine.
that s keeping it real. most all the arrests were felon charges. it was a combination of narcotics arrest, gun arrests, prostitution arrests. some of the prostitution arrests would be misdemeanors. but the narcotics were also felons as were the guns. on the heels of the room service raids, the police call in the local press to send a message to the public and a warning to the bad guys on the mannheim strip. this is just a small tip of the iceberg. we re going to have to be up here diligent every day, all day, 24 hours. their operation is a 24 hour operation that they have going on. we have no dilutions that the gangs are going away. we are going to stay on it and continue to work the community. as gangs and other individuals
