Oclock yesterday morning. This incident unfolded shortly before 10 yesterday morning. When police say a man robbed a bank on Scotts Valley drive. Then got away in a stolen car. Deputies caught up with the suspect on. On highway 17. And on fire his weapon at him. But he got away. Highway 17 was shutdown for hours yesterday causing a major traffic backup.
