MYSURU: Some nursery schools in Mysuru are looking for young teachers who may be more adept at conducting online classes, operating digital platforms and implementing changing SOPs than veterans.
Nurseries didn’t see any on-campus academic activity during the 2020-21 calendar year, and most believe that the online mode of teaching will continue for more months. Before the new academic session starts, a few managements are trying to rope in younger staff members. The downside of this approach is that experienced teachers, who have served institutes for many years, may not be retained.
