Treca Bourne, Ed.D. CPTD is Talent Development Leader for Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) at Fairfax County Government the largest publicly funded behavioral health care provider in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has over 20 years of experience leading, facilitating, and designing learning and development programs across health and human services, higher education, consulting, and nonprofit settings.
