Mullica Township Police: Man Bites Cop During Arrest Officials in Mullica Township say a sergeant with their police department had to receive stitches after being bitten by a man during a disturbance on Tuesday. Man Jailed After Terrorizing Residents in Mullica Twp With Gun

As Mullica Township Police were responding to call about a man with a gun, they witnessed several people running from the alleged gunman. The incident happened Thursday afternoon at about 3:30pm. Police say officers responded to the 1700 block Darmstadt Avenue. When they pulled up, police say officers were met by multiple victims who were fleeing the residence on foot in an attempt to separate themselves from the gunman. Police say after several verbal warnings, he was taken into custody.
