KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M) has called on the government to compel all members of parliament (MPs) to declare their assets to Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). In a statement on Tuesday (April 18), TI-M president Muhammad Mohan said that there is a need for a Bill to be tabled in Parliament in the form of an Asset Declaration Act or other similar statute to ensure all elected MPs and appointed Senators declare their assets, liabilities and income.
