國安法實施一年多香港特首：對港人的權利沒有造成影響 - 兩岸

香港《星島日報》報導，林鄭月娥今天（5日）在香港國安法法律論壇致辭時指，香港本地、海外及網媒數目較去年有增無減，每日監督批評政府，新聞自由並無受削，而過去一年無法舉行集會是因為新冠肺炎疫情，指任何人不應借題發揮或胡亂批評。林鄭月娥表示，香港法治仍「穩如磐石」，自己一直按《基本法》規定，委任海外法官任終審法院非常任法官，目前有13名海外法官擔任，就是香港司法獨立最佳佐證。林鄭月娥表示，外資對國安法的疑慮已不斷減退，改為關注「十四五」規畫、大灣區發展及何時可通關等，也提到香港法國工商會及英國商會曾指香港是「絕佳營商地點」。此外，中聯辦副主任陳冬今天上午出席香港國安法法律論壇致辭時表示，《香港國安法》有效實施，實現「由亂轉治」的重大轉折，指過去一年修例風波期間的�
