EAST LIVERPOOL Terry Lee Smith, 64, of East Liverpool, passed away March 12, 2021. Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on July 26, 1956, he was the son of the late Richard and Esta (Mercer) Smith. Terry graduated in 1974 from East Liverpool High School. He was a horse trainer and formerly worked at Mountaineer Race Track. He was an avid Steeler and WVU fan. Terry was a free spirit who lived his life doing what he loved. He followed his dream of horses and went on to dedicate much of life to them. A horse trainer and farrier, he enjoyed the simple things in life, loved his family and was lucky enough to live a life doing exactly what he loved. He did more for others than for himself.
