Commissioner Holomo Molibeli has galloped, hands over head, to the High Court.
He is suing Leposa spokesperson Constable Motlatsi Mofokeng and the 357 FM radion station for defamation.
That is not surprising because Lesotho is a litigious society.
You can be sued for calling a thief a thief. It’s not that people are overly sensitive. No!
They sue because they can. And they can because lawyers are dirt cheap.
NUL is mass producing them. Soon even goats will be advocates. That is however a matter for another day.
For now, we are seized with the commissioner’s cries to the court.
Commissioner Molibeli has failed and must go; analysts ‘Marafaele Mohloboli
THE recent deaths of four police recruits just two days into their training at the Police Training College (PTC) is a clear signal of Police Commissioner Holomo Molibeli’s continued leadership and administrative failures which the country can no longer afford, analysts have said.

Alternatively, if Prime Minister Moeketsi Majoro has any backbone, he should fire the commissioner and replace him with a more proven and competent candidate.
